Software built around a real store-floor workflow at Gelato Messina.

  • Identified an operational problem while managing a Gelato Messina store and focused on flavour status, stock visibility, and production timing.
  • Built a software tool around the actual workflow so the team could check key production information in one place.
  • Designed the interface for day-to-day use in a live operational environment, prioritising simple, glanceable information over dense reporting.
  • Built with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Zod, and a localStorage data layer behind a repository interface ready for a future API.
